Three Healthy Snack Alternatives To Junk Food

If you are a busy parent, you are probably on the go most of the time. It is sometimes difficult to juggle all your responsibilities between the kids, work, your home and spouse. Making sure your family eats healthy meals and snacks is important but it is not always easy. What is a parent to do when they want their kids to eat well and just do not have the time?   2. Veggies And Dip: Many kids may not like eating their veggies, but if you slice them and serve them with a yummy dip, they will! Baby carrots are a big hit in our house with a container of yogurt. Another great combination is celery and natural peanut butter. These can also be ready ahead of time and the kids can grab them when they want.
