This post brought to you by AllWhites Egg Whites but the content and opinions are all mine. Did you make any New Years resolutions this year? If so, what did you decide to stop or do better at? Was it to stop smoking, lose weight, get your finances in order or to spend more time with the family? How are you doing so far? It sure is a whole lot easier to make these resolutions than it is to stick to them, don’t you agree? Instead of taking care of ourselves and sticking with those resolutions, when life gets in the way, we tend to focus on the tasks at hand. When you are trying to figure out the new math on the kid’s homework, sitting in long car pool lines or at swim practice or doing piles of laundry, we tend to revert back to our old habits. I like to have something sweet when I get stressed, but in trying to stay in shape, I cannot afford the calories.
When you cook your favorite meal or bake with eggs, you are adding calories as well as cholesterol. It makes reaching for that scrumptious brownie a whole lot easier when you know they are made with AllWhites Egg Whites products.
