I am participating in a Vibrant Influencer network campaign for the Depend brand. I am receiving a fee for posting; however, the opinions expressed in this post are my own. I am in no way affiliated with Depend and do not earn a commission or percent of sales. Incontinence is a problem for many women ages birth to 99. If you think about it, at one time or another you have probably peed your pants. I have done it more than once, even when I was out of diapers. One memorable time happened out of the country so I am sure it is okay to talk about it. Let me set the stage for you…

I peed on her

I was 18. I was in Paris. I was travelling with my friends. Well, we are a lot closer after this incident for sure! I had to already go to the bathroom, but we passed one more photo booth we just HAD to get a picture from. Erika, Denise and I all squished into the photo booth and as you can tell by the expressions on our face as I was peeing. ACK! I could not hold it any longer and I peed all over my friends. In Paris.

Did you know that over 51 million American women experience bladder leakage. That’s 1 in 3 American women*. If you are one of these women or know one who is, there are many common causes of bladder leakage in women including pregnancy, childbirth and even diabetes. So just because your grandma pees her pants when she laughs too hard or your best friend in high school does the very same thing, it’s okay. You or they are not alone. I think it is awesome that Depend is joining forces with CVS Health to support women with bladder leakage as they navigate their path to better health, don’t you? Us girls don’t have to stop doing what we love cause we are afraid we might pee our pants!

To support the over 51 million women who experience bladder leakage, the Depend brand is introducing Depend Silhouette Active Fit briefs, a new moderate-absorbency brief that features a thin design for complete comfort with the trusted protection of the Depend brand and a lower rise+ for an underwear-like look, fit and feel. The Depend brand is also entering year two of Underwareness, a social movement and charitable cause to break down the bladder leakage stigma.
