When you think of Thanksgiving and family gatherings, what is the first thing that comes to mind as a side dish? For me it is always Green Bean Casserole. I just love it! In this yummy version I use Stonyfield yogurt in the place mayonnaise. I also like to vary the types of canned green beans I use as well. Sometimes I like to use the kitchen cut or french style, but this time I went with the no salt added! I love that you can get so many different types of veggies in a can!

- White Bean Tapenade RecipeÂ

- Fried Corn Fritters RecipeÂ
- 2 cans green beans
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 eggs
- 6 oz grated cheese
- ¾ cup of Stonyfield plain greek yogurt
- 1 small onion chopped
- Fried onions in a can
- Combine all the ingredients but the fried onions
- top with the fried onions
- Bake at 375 for 45 minutes
Green beans are one of my favorite childhood vegetables so I vote for green bean casserole.
as a matter of fact, I make my green been cassarole using canned green beans.. I haven’t used yogurt before though. Love the recipe you used. I may use it this year.. Off to pin some recipes. Thanks..
My mom used to make a quick meal when she got home from work. Mix cooked rice, cooked cubed chicken, and a can of campbells cream of chicken soup together. add in a generous amount of pepper.

I love Stoneyfeld Yogurt but I never used it in a recipe. The most I do is add granola to it, but I love it so I eat that combo every day.

Using cans I love to make ham potatoe green bean stew or soup if you prefer, it is good and with a dash of pepper and some butter is much better. Yummy
