Apple Butter Pumpkin Pie

Apple Butter Pumpkin Pie Recipe
  • 19 inch pie crust
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup of canned pumpkin
  • 1 cup of apple butter
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp ginger
  • pinch of nutmeg
  • ½ cup half and half
  1. Preheat the oven to 400F.
  2. In large bowl beat the eggs until combined. Add pumpkin, apple butter, sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg and mix. Stir in half and half.
  3. Pour into prepared pie shell.
  4. Bake 10 minutes and then turn the heat to 350F and bake 35-40 more minutes.
  5. Allow to cool 30 minutes at room temperature. Refrigerate and serve.
