HCG Diet Friendly Shrimp Cakes
Recipe type: entree
  • ½ yellow onion
  • Garlic Clove
  • 1 lb peeled, deveined shrimp
  • 20 Spicy 3 Pepper Old London Melba snacks
  • 2 eggs
  • Fresh Rosemary
  1. In a food processor mix together the ½ onion and garlic until chopped fine
  2. Add the Melba Snacks
  3. Add the eggs
  4. Rinse the shrimp, then add to the food processor
  5. Scoop the mixture with a melon baller onto a parchment lined cookie sheet
  6. Cook for 35 minutes at 425 degrees or until golden brown
An hcg friendly serving would be 5 shrimp cakes.
