Infused Lemon Garlic Chicken With Broccoli
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 3 cloves garlic, shaved thin
  • ½ cup Holland House White Wine with lemon flavor
  • 2 green onion stalks, chopped fine
  • 2 T Kosher salt
  • 1 T pepper
  • 1 head broccoli
  1. Pour ¼ cup of the wine in a small glass cup.
  2. Add the chopped green onions, shaved garlic cloves, salt and pepper.
  3. Microwave high for 1 minute.
  4. Cool to room temperature.
  5. When cooled inject the "brine" into the chicken breasts.
  6. Place chicken in a baking pan and pour the remaining brine on top while arranging the garlic and green onions on top
  7. Broil 6 minutes on each side.
Steamed Broccoli
  1. Pour ¼ cup cooking wine in a large skillet that has a lid
  2. Add salt and pepper to taste
  3. Bring to a boil
  4. Add Broccoli and steam for 6 minutes or until tender.
