Parsnip Sweet Potatoes

- 1 pound of Parsnips
- 2 pounds sweet potatoes
- ½ cup skim milk
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 2 T Country Crock Honey Spread
- ½ t salt
- ¼ t ground all spice
- Cut Parsnips and sweet potatoes into 1" cubes. I like to leave the skins on, but you can peel them if you want.
- Put in large pot and cover with an inch of water
- Bring water to a boil, then let simmer for 15 minutes
- Drain the vegetables and return to pan over low heat
- Mash with the remaining ingredients.
