Chocolate Covered Nougat Candy Recipe
  • 1 bag chocolate chips
  • 1 bag of mini marshmallows
  • ¼ cup Country Crock
  • ¼ maraschino cherries
  • ¼ cup white chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup crushed cocoa roasted almonds
  1. Using a microwave safe bowl, microwave the marshmallows and the Country Crock for 2-1/2 minutes
  2. Stir until smooth with a Country Crock coated spoon to keep from sticking
  3. In a separate bowl, melt the white chocolate chips for 1 minute
  4. Stir until smooth, then add to the marshmallow mixture
  5. Add the cherries and almonds
  6. Pour into a Country Crock coated square pan
  7. Refrigerate for 1 hour
  8. Nougat Candy Recipe
  9. Cut into squares and set aside
  10. Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave for 1 minute
  11. Stir into smooth
  12. Coat the nougat in the chocolate
  13. Garnish
  14. Refrigerate for 10 minutes
