Roasted Parsnips pair perfectly with any Paleo Diet meal plan
  • 1 pound parsnips, peeled and diced
  • 1 T olive oil
  • Kosher salt
  • Pepper
  • ½ t cayenne Pepper
  1. Preheat oven to 425
  2. Mix together the spices and oil
  3. Coat the parsnips with the oil
  4. Spread evenly on a cookie sheet
  5. Roast for 20 minutes or until browned
