- 2 T ground cumin
- 2 T ground coriander
- 1 T ground ginger
- ½ t crushed red pepper
- 2 lb boneless pork shoulder, trimmed
- 15 oz can organic chicken broth
- ½ t kosher salt
- ½ t black pepper
- Combine cumin, coriander, ginger and red pepper in a small bowl.
- Rub mixture over pork, and place in a slow cooker.
- Pour chicken broth over pork.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook on low 8 hours, or until meat shreds easily.
