Chocolate Tequila Cookies Recipe

Trust will not be able to stop with just one bite of this sinful dessert
  • 1 bag of semi sweet chocolate chips
  • ⅔ c sugar
  • 1 t PURE vanilla extract
  • 1 T cocoa powder
  • ¾ butter
  • 5 egg yolks
  • 1 package of Pecan Sandies, crumbled
  • 4 T of PatrĂ³n XO Cafe Dark Cocoa tequila
  • ½ c pecans, crushed
  • ¼ c raisins
  1. Melt chocolate in the microwave for 1 minute
  2. Stir and microwave for 15 seconds at a time until smooth
  3. Stir in butter until melted
  4. Add sugar and vanilla
  5. Add in one egg yolk at a time, stirring in between
  6. Fold in cookies, rasins, and pecans
  7. Add in PatrĂ³n XO Cafe Dark Cocoa tequila
  8. Lay out two pieces of wax paper
  9. Spoon ½ mixture to each paper
  10. Roll the cookie mix into logs with about 2-3" thick (kind of like sushi)
  11. Twist the ends closed
  12. Wrap in plastic wrap to hold shut
  13. Freeze for three hours
  14. Slice and serve
