Apple Ciabatta Stuffing Recipe

Ingredients
  • 6 Ciabatta bread slices
  • 1 apple, chopped
  • 2 T Country Crock
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • ½ cup Walnuts, chopped
  • 1 t Parsley Flakes
  • 1 t Rosemary
  • 1 t Thyme
  • 14.5 oz chicken broth
Instructions
  1. Leave the Ciabatta bread over night on a cookie sheet to stale
  2. The next day, cut the bread into cubes
  3. Preheat oven to 325°F.
  4. Melt Country Crock in large skillet on medium heat.
  5. Add onion and cook and stir until the onions are transparent.
  6. Stir in apples, walnuts, parsley, rosemary and thyme.
  7. Put bread cubes in large bowl, and, add onions and broth
  8. Toss gently
  9. Spoon into lightly greased 13x9-inch baking dish.
  10. Cover with foil.
  11. Bake 15 minutes.
  12. Remove foil and bake 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
