  • 1 lb of ground chicken
  • 6 green onion stalks
  • 4 T ponzu sauce
  • 1 t kosher salt
  • 2 t white wine
  • ¼ c feta
  • wonton skins
  • egg white
  • olive oil
  1. Mix the top ingredients well to make the filling.
  2. Spoon 1 t of filling onto the dumpling skin in the center.
  3. brush the wontons with egg white before sealing
  4. Fry in light olive oil until golden brown on both sides
