Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Salad

No dressing is needed for this tasty chicken salad
  • 2 pounds chicken breast
  • 1 can of field peas
  • 1 can of roasted tomatoes
  • 1 can corn
  • fresh basil and oregano
  • 1 bag of mixed greens
  • radish for garnish
  • fresh grated Parmesan cheese
  1. Put the chicken, peas, tomatoes, and corn in the crockpot on high for 4 hours or until you can shred the chicken.
  2. Cool chicken mixture and then serve on salad greens
  3. Garnish with radishes, corn and Parmesan cheese.
  4. Enjoy
