My husband LOVES making ribs on our smoker so we were excited about the opportunity to try Emeril’s All Natural Rib Rub.  My husband usually makes his own concoction but we were pleasantly surprised to try this rub.  Created with a combination of salt, sugar, paprika, crushed red pepper, mustard, onion and garlic powder, to name a few, this rub is the perfect combination of sweet and spicy.  And don’t tell my husband, but this rub is just as good as homemade if not better!  We served this for our weekly family dinner with corn on the cob and macaroni and cheese and it was a big hit.  Even my pickiest eater, my three year old son, ate the ribs and was asking for seconds.  And even better, its so easy!  Just pull out the ribs, oil them up , add about 1/3 cup of Emeril’s All Natural Rib Rub to cover each rack of ribs and throw them on your grill or smoker.  Then you can sit back and relax knowing that you are cooking a delicious, quality meal.  And the flavorful mix of spices in the Rib Rub is not only good on ribs, it great on other meat!  I am not a big fan of ribs so I decided to try this on chicken and it was amazing.  The rub gave the chicken so much flavor that I didn’t have to add anything to it!
