Chris and I just got back from two weeks of gallivanting across Florida. We wined and dined at Streamsong Resort, we ate tons of pizza at my parents house, and enjoyed delicious hamburgers on St. Pete Beach. Oh, and we had a ton of birthday cake! Aidan turned 5, so we had a birthday party in each town we visited and ate way, way too much. We are now back to reality and after stepping on the scale we realize it is time to go on a serious diet. Normally, diets do not work for us because of our crazy schedules. We are always on the go and anything perishable usually goes bad before we have a chance to eat it. That way until Debbie Meyer came into our lives.
How Debbie Meyer is Helping Us with Healthy Eating

Those might have to wait until after our diet…or for my birthday next weekend. Either one!
