Everyone loves a good hot dog in the summer. There is just something about the grill marks on the dog that just make every hot dog taste better. However, as we get older we start learning what really goes into your average hotdog. Um yuck! Thank Goodness this is not true with every hot dog brand. Applegate hot dogs are simple. The ingredient list is one you can pronounce. It just has beef, water, sea salt, and spices. This also means that Applegate hot dogs have much less fat and sodium than other hot dogs. The animals the meat comes from have never been administered antibiotics or hormones, and like all Applegate’s products, their hot dogs contain no artificial ingredients or preservatives. Whew! I can finally eat a hot dog without all of the guilt.
One of the new topping I have tried was the Mango Hot Dog Relish. It also uses wholesome ingredients so you don’t smother your good Applegate dog with all of the ingredients you are trying to avoid. If you are interested in all of the other superb products that Applegate carries and great recipes for them, connect with the brand on their social media channels. You can find coupons for Applegate on Facebook and follow Applegate on Twitter. They give great advice too.
We know kids love hot dogs (and let’s face it, so do adults!), but we also know that as a parent, you don’t necessarily love what’s in them. In fact, hot dogs rank as the number one food that parents would rather not feed their kids. However, all is not lost! With Applegate’s worry-free wieners, you can make ‘em think you caved and happily indulge.
