I always have a ton of food left over after Thanksgiving, so I like to come up with a few creative ideas to use all that left over food. Since I recently made Apple Cranberry Stuffing and I had a ton of feta left over, I combined the two for stuffing balls. They came out super yummy, and the kids gobbled them up!
The recipe is fairly straightforward, basically add a little egg, cheese that is handy and form into balls.
- 2 cups left over stuffing [Apple Cranberry Stuffing](http://makobiscribe.com/cranberry-apple-stuffing-recipe/) is shown
- 1 egg
- Left over cheese (I used feta in the image)
- Mix all ingredients together and form into balls.
- Place on a greased baking sheet and bake at 350°F for about 40 minutes.

These sound so yummy! We always have leftover stuffing at Thanksgiving and while I don’t put cranberries in mine, I could easily add them in with the feta.
These look so yum, and who doesn’t have leftover stuffing?! This is a much better way to use up the leftovers!
