Medifast Has Shakes To Lose Weight That Taste Great

How are you this week?  I am feeling great and am still seeing the numbers on the scale continue to go down thanks to Medifast.  It seems I have lost not quite a pound this week but more than a half a pound.  As I have said before, a loss is a victory and I will celebrate it regardless of the size.  This week I want to talk about incorporating shakes into your food plan.  I think a lot of people look at shakes to lose weight with a measure of skepticism.  Years ago when we first heard about shakes for weight loss we were wondering how in that could be possible.  Well, we soon learned the definition of shake varied from the weight loss company and the consumer.  These shakes were not your Steak N Shake kind of shakes!  These shakes were a mix between chalk and bittersweet cocoa powder and they were not tasty.  Thank goodness times have changed and the shakes you can get now are very different.

Shakes To Lose Weight

I love my Medifast shakes and I enjoy drinking them, sometimes more than one a day!  I will blend a shake with ice in the blender and have a yummy frozen treat that is part of my daily food plan with Medifast. Medifast offers 6 delicious flavors including my favorite Dutch Chocolate, as well as Vanilla, Strawberry and even Orange Cream.  The powdered mix blends easily with water in the blender bottle Medifast supplies you when you first join the program.  If I am on the run, I will grab a bottle of cold water, my blender bottle and a shake pack and I have my meal to go.  I absolutely love how easy it is to be on and stay on the Medifast program, and a large part of that is the delicious foods!  I wanted to share a video with you that was sent to us this week of  “Medifast Does The Harlem Shake”.  Once you watch this silly video, I think you can see how much the folks at Medifast love what they do!

I hope these simple suggestions will help you in your weight loss journey!  If you are interested in joining Medifast, you can visit them on their website to do so.
