New Wellness Program Mobile App For iPhone

If you are ready to get healthy, you may want to look into a new wellness program mobile app for iPhone.  With the country at an all-time high with obesity, diabetes, stroke, heart attack and other major illnesses, it is more important than ever to get serious about becoming fit.  Technology today is constantly changing to make our lives easier in every area of our lives.  Now that almost 43% of people in this country have a smart phone, it just makes sense to utilize it to its full potential.  It has become incredibly easy and affordable to download apps that can enrich our lives.  The big question is what apps are the best for your needs?  How do I know if an app I buy is going to be worth the money?  How do I know if the app that I buy will have any customer support with it?  The best answer to these questions is, “Do some research or go on the recommendation of someone you trust”.  To put your mind at ease, we have found a fantastic app for those who want to make changes in their health

Life…supplemented”™ is a program offered by Council of Responsible Nutrition Foundation (CRN), along with suppliers of dietary supplements and product manufactures in the wellness industry.  The goal of the program is designed to offer people live a healthy life by offering advice and education for a healthy diet, the best supplements for your individual needs and an exercise program that works for you.  When talking about supplements, that would include vitamins and minerals as well as natural and dietary supplements.  If you are not sure what supplements are best for you, visit for more in depth information.

The WannaBeWell mobile app from Life…supplemented”™ was designed to help people live a healthier life by providing key information in the areas they consider the three pillars of health, which are: a healthy diet, supplements and exercise.  This app is designed to help you design and stick to a program that will be designed for your needs, not a general bit of information that may not cover everything you need to become healthier.  There are so many options to this app that is a bit surprising.  I think we are so used to apps being more on the entertainment side, we don’t always consider them for more real-life situations.  When you download the app, you would want to create your Wellness Coach who will send you reminders and daily information pieces to help you succeed in your commitment to live a healthier life.  I would recommend taking the My Wellness Scorecard quiz because it will help you determine what level you are on and it will help your Wellness Coach choose tasks that will impact you in the most positive and helpful way possible.  There is also a blog you can access for information on what supplements would best work for you and you can also set up a reminder for refilling your supplements.  The goal of the CRN is to raise awareness about the supplements industry.  I think there has been a stigma about supplements that makes people cautious to use them.  I know people who actually think supplements are drugs and can be harmful.  I also know people who think supplements are diet pills that will mess up your body.  Both of these fears are farthest from the truth. I love that you can visit the blog and read about the many supplements available and which would benefit your lifestyle the most.  You can visit The Life Resource Center, which provides you with tons of articles and other information about dietary supplements.   Another awesome thing about the program is that it donates $1 from each download to a program called The Vitamin Angels.  The $1 will be used to provide children worldwide with vitamins and nutrients children need to be healthy.  If you are interested in using the app, all you need to do is go to the app store and find WannaBeWell and download the free app.

I wrote this blog post while participating in a blog tour by Mom Central Consulting on behalf of Life…supplemented. As a thank you for participating, I received a $25 promotional item, and a $25 donation was made on my behalf to Vitamin Angels.
