  • Sharks and Minions: A new twist on a classic favorite, this is one of the best pool games ever. Someone begins as the shark and every else is a Minion. They must swim from one end of the pool to the other without being caught. If they are touched, then they also become a shark. Play continues until one Minion is left the winner. They have the right to begin as a shark or pick someone to be it. Variants include whether or not the sharks can move. With a lot of swimmers, it might be fun to let the original shark move but all subsequent sharks are forced to remain still. Good times!

  • Inside Games:  If things get too hot outside and you see Minions beginning to scurry inside, fear not….there’s plenty to do inside. Build your own Minions puzzle and color it. You can make Set out the Play-Doh Disguise Lab or the Makin’ Mahem molds. Kids love Play-Doh and Minions. It can’t miss.

  • Pin The Tail On The Minion: Of course it’s this easy. Minions are goofy, adorable characters that will fit easily into any backyard party theme. How about at Minion pinata? Make a obstacle course that party goers have to navigate. Get people up and moving and don’t let your party go static.

Minions comes out in theaters July 10. They are the naughtiest, silliest things and a big bag of fun for kids of all ages. Follow them on Facebook and Twitter.

MINIONS – In Theaters July 10

The story of Universal Pictures and Illumination Entertainment’s Minions begins at the dawn of time.  Starting as single-celled yellow organisms, Minions evolve through the ages, perpetually serving the most despicable of masters.  Continuously unsuccessful at keeping these masters—from T. rex to Napoleon—the Minions find themselves without someone to serve and fall into a deep depression.

But one Minion named Kevin has a plan, and he—alongside teenage rebel Stuart and lovable little Bob—ventures out into the world to find a new evil boss for his brethren to follow.

The trio embarks upon a thrilling journey that ultimately leads them to their next potential master, Scarlet Overkill (Academy Award® winner Sandra Bullock), the world’s first-ever female super-villain.  They travel from frigid Antarctica to 1960s New York City, ending in mod London, where they must face their biggest challenge to date: saving all of Minionkind…from annihilation.

Featuring a soundtrack of hit music from the ’60s that still permeates our culture today, Minions is produced by Illumination’s Chris Meledandri and Janet Healy, and is directed by Pierre Coffin and Kyle Balda.  Brian Lynch has written the screenplay for the 3D-CG comedy adventure, and Chris Renaud serves as executive producer of the film.
