I have been doing so AWESOME on my diet! So far I have lost 22 pounds. One of the keys to my success is creating flavorful, low calorie meals full of taste and fiber! The two recipes above are ones that I use quite frequently. I thought I had found the answer when I found zero calorie noodles, but they were so bland. The trick to making them taste great is that they absorb the flavors of the dishes they are in, but we all know sauces that taste good are high calorie!
