I love finding creative, cultural recipes to add to my repertoire. When I came across several versions of the Sinangag breakfast rice recipe, I knew I had to add my own flair! I used Minute Rice brown and wild rice ready to go cups.
- 2 eggs
- ½ t olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, razored thin
- 2 cups Minute Rice Ready To Serve, I used wild and brown rice
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Whip eggs and cook in a non-stick pan like an omelet.
- Cut eggs into thin strips
- Add oil to skillet
- Add garlic, salt pepper and brown
- Add rice, brown rice about 5 minutes
- Add green onions and eggs and cook until entire dish is warmed.
