- Rack of beef ribs
- Heinz Memphis Style BBQ
- ¼ Cup olive oil
- 1 Tablespoon salt
- 1 Teaspoon paprika
- 1 Teaspoon chili powder
- 1 Tablespoon black pepper
- ½ Teaspoon cumin
- ½ Teaspoon thyme
- ½ Teaspoon basil
- Rub oil on both sides of rack
- Mix all spices together and rub into meat.
- Refrigerate until ready to cook.
- Cook ribs (bone side down) at 200 degrees for four hours
- Turn ribs over halfway when halfway done.
- Slather ribs generously with Heinz BBQ Memphis Sweet & Spicy
- Heat on medium grill four minutes on each side.
