Slow Cooked Beef Ribs

Slow Cooked Beef Ribs
  • Rack of beef ribs
  • Heinz Memphis Style BBQ
  • ¼ Cup olive oil
  • 1 Tablespoon salt
  • 1 Teaspoon paprika
  • 1 Teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 Tablespoon black pepper
  • ½ Teaspoon cumin
  • ½ Teaspoon thyme
  • ½ Teaspoon basil
  1. Rub oil on both sides of rack
  2. Mix all spices together and rub into meat.
  3. Refrigerate until ready to cook.
  4. Cook ribs (bone side down) at 200 degrees for four hours
  5. Turn ribs over halfway when halfway done.
  6. Slather ribs generously with Heinz BBQ Memphis Sweet & Spicy
  7. Heat on medium grill four minutes on each side.
