Get Some Peace From Your Kids With Soundfreaq Speaker Dock

Sound Step Recharge

Soundfreaq is home to the Sound Step Recharge, a low profile, transportable dock for your iPad, IPhone, Android, Blackberry, and more.  This is a great option for wireless listening, movie watching, making calls, checking emails and countless other things without having to worry about a drained battery.  Since it has built-in Bluetooth capabilities, you are able to enjoy streamed audio wirelessly. Now why would you need this? Let me paint the picture. You have two toddlers. They have taken over your electronic devices and can now navigate an iPad faster than you can lock it with a 4-digit code. So if you wanted to listen to your music while you were doing the dishes, you would have to have your iPad up and out of reach. Out of sight, out of mind. They do not even have a clue that I am listening to my tunes from my iPad. I love it! I can also use my phone too because it is Bluetooth enabled.

Rechargeable Speaker Dock

This is a rechargeable speaker dock, which is extremely versatile and is also compact enough to fit on kitchen countertops, bookshelves, under computer monitors, or can even be taken outside to the patio.  We keep ours on my husband’s night stand, and I can hear the music all the way in the kitchen. I am pretty amazed by the sound quality. It sure packs a punch for such a slim piece of equipment.

It also features a removable spacer that accommodates most iPad cases and covers, so you do not have to remove your iPad from its case to dock it.  Also, there is an additional USB port that functions as a versatile charger in the back.  This allows you to keep your iPhone charged while your iPad is docked. Only the Apple products can dock on the front of the SoundFreaq, but you can listen to music through any Bluetooth enabled device. You can download the app through iTunes.

You will appreciate 6 hours of rechargeable listening time since it can function without being plugged in to an AC adapter.  Speaking of charging, if you happen to pair your Sound Step with a Blackberry, Android, Motorola, Nokia, HTC, Samsung, HP or LG device, it will be kept completely charged while streaming audio.

Looking for other products by Soundfreaq?  They have plenty to offer in great audio systems depending on the size of the system you are interested in purchasing. They have a new system called the Sound Kick that brings you to the next level of audio enjoyment.

Soundfreaq has been generous enough to offer readers of Makobi Scribe a 10% discount on the Sound Step Recharge  and any of their other products when you shop through their Soundfreaq e-store.  You will want to use the discount code “momblog” to receive your discount properly.  I would love to hear what system you chose!

I wrote this review while participating in a blog tour by Mom Central Consulting on behalf of Soundfreaq and received a product sample to facilitate my review.
