I participated in a campaign on behalf of Mom Central Consulting for Zappos.com. I received product samples to facilitate my review
We finally made it through the summer! While it is still pretty warm here in Florida, I can’t help but to notice a coolness in the air each morning when I let my dogs out in the backyard. Or maybe that’s just wishful thinking? Either way, we are almost through the month of September…which is hard to believe! My new addition is due in mid-November so you can imagine how antsy I am starting to get with all of the preparations. In fact, my best friend came over just the other day to help me put together the baby’s new swing. The only place it fit in my living room is where we put our Christmas tree. Then it hit me all of a sudden. I am going to have a newborn, and I still have to go Christmas shopping! Thank goodness for online shopping, because my nesting just transitioned from cleaning to holiday shopping!
3 Reasons To Start Your Holiday Shopping Early
- Beat The Crowds
- Shop At Your Own Leisure
- No Need To Bring The Kids
As you might recall from my post Kids Back To School Clothing Basics, you know that I am a huge fan of Zappos.com. My experience shopping on their site was a pleasure. Selecting the clothes and shoes that I love was easy, checkout was simple and shipping was speedy. I was able to get all of the back to school essentials that I needed for my son, including:
- Jefferies Socks 6-Pack Seamless Low Cut Flat Knit
- Nike Kids Pico 4
- Lucky Brand Kids Fairfax Cooper Slim Jeans
- Nike Young Athletes Classic Base Backpack
- Nike Kids Revolution 2
- Life is Good “I’m A Keeper” Tee
- Tommy Hilfiger Kids Crew Pocket Tee
- Tommy Hilfiger Kids Polo
- Tommy Hilfiger Kids Jeans
Since I’ve already highly recommended Zappos.com for their back to school shopping experience, I’ve now transitioned my online shopping into holiday mode. They have something for everyone, including housewares, beauty products, handbags, and men’s and women’s clothing and accessories. I already have my eye one a few pairs of shoes for Aidan. I swear, the kid has more shoes than I do! But since he’s such a stylish and active little guy, we love having options for him. I currently have my eye on a pair of Sperry Top-Siders, because how adorable are those on little feet?! I also love the practicality of the Nike Little Celso sandals. We do live in Florida, after all! I’ll be beating the crowds this year, and especially anticipating having (or hoping to have!) my holiday shopping done before this baby is born!
