October is almost upon us. For me and many like minded individuals it signals the end of one season and the beginning of a new. For the last 20 years it has also signaled the beginning of my annual migration to north florida to unplug in one the most serene settings known to man. The Spirit Of The Suwannee Music Park in Live Oak Florida. A place for all walks of life to come together and enjoy a weekend of music, art and happiness. What we have come to know in our years of migrations to this locale is sadly no more. But from the ashes of a beautiful memory, there rises a new beginning. The Suwannee Roots Revival music festival is going to take us back to the way is was so many years ago. Personally, I can’t wait. I thought I had almost lost my Shangri-la, alas I was mistaken. Peace, love art and music will continue to prosper for many years to come under the shade of the live oaks along the banks of the Suwannee river. The Blackwater.
Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park has announced the final lineup of artists for the inaugural Suwannee Roots Revival taking place October 13-16, 2016.
